Dr. Gayle Misle, MD
Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Gayle Misle is an Anesthesiologist who has found her passion of treating the patient from the inside out. Dr. Misle excels in utilizing the most advanced cutting-edge techniques to achieve natural looking results through skin resurfacing, neurotoxin and filler injections, hair regeneration with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), body sculpting, melasma and hyperpigmentation treatments, vein therapy, laser hair removal, hormone balancing and vitamin therapy.

Dr. Misle is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and U.C. Davis Residency program. Before starting Reviv Medical Spa, Dr. Misle was the Chief of Anesthesia at the San Leandro Hospital and Surgery Center. Dr. Misle’s anesthesia background allows her to provide her patients with comfortable treatments with minimal downtown.

Megan Sosnick, MSEL, MSN, RN, PHN, CNL
Practice Manager & Aesthetic Nurse

Megan is a passionate problem solver that aims to provide Reviv Medical Spa’s clients with a first class and memorable treatment experience. Over the past 12 years, she has taken on many roles in the practice and is currently responsible for the business development, marketing and people and business operations at Reviv Medical Spa. Prior to this role, Megan completed her Master’s of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College where she worked to help bring international start-ups to market in the United States. Megan brings her entrepreneurial spirit to work every day and is excited to continue to make Reviv Medical Spa a successful, innovative medical practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hanadi Al Ramahi
Medical Aesthetician

Hanadi is an experienced licensed Esthetician who is deeply passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and delivering top-notch skin care services. She believes that every patient deserves a personalized and memorable experience, and is committed to tailoring treatments to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Hanadi understands the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and staff. In addition to her technical abilities, Hanadi possess a natural talent for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She believes a warm and nurturing environment is essential for her patients to feel comfortable and relaxed during their treatment.

Kelly Guevarra, LVN
Aesthetic Technician

Kelly started as Senior Education Consultant at Sephora then went to LVN school at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts. She was introduced to Aesthetics in 2018, where she fell in love with non-surgical beauty treatments. Kelly chose medical aesthetics because she loves helping people feel better about themselves. When it comes to favorite treatments, she loves Coolsculpting due to it being noninvasive with zero downtime that gives you permanent and natural results. Being part of the Reviv team has been a huge inspiration for Kelly’s educational journey and she enjoys having the opportunity to learn something new every day at Reviv Medical Spa.

Anna Simos, MPH, MS, CDCES
Health & Wellness Specialist

Anna Simos is a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in public health and epidemiology. She emphasizes diabetes, diabetes prevention, obesity, and metabolic syndrome management for over 30 years. Her Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of Science (MS) degrees provide her with a comprehensive understanding of health promotion and disease prevention strategies..

As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Anna is committed to empowering individuals with diabetes and obesity to manage their conditions effectively. She employs evidence-based practices to deliver personalized education and support, enabling patients to achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.

Anna has collaborated with colleagues at Stanford University to publish several peer-reviewed journal articles, contributing valuable insights to the fields of diabetes care and metabolic health. Her research focuses on optimizing patient outcomes through behavioral change strategies and innovative approaches to healthcare delivery.

Leveraging technology, Anna integrates tracking in electronic medical records to enhance patient data reporting and facilitate open communication with healthcare providers. She explores the application of A1 and LML models to provide timely, tailored education, ensuring patients can sustain positive behavior changes and promote their overall wellness. Recognized for her commitment to quality patient care, Anna has received numerous awards for her service in supporting ethical, timely care and improving patient outcomes. She is particularly passionate about delivering positive outcomes for underserved populations by advocating for improved health resources and education.

Her collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams aim to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance diabetes management, obesity treatment, and overall wellness, ultimately providing meaningful value to the diverse patient populations she serves.
