EVOlysse.
The newest FDA-approved hyaluronic-acid filler line in the U.S. — Evolysse Smooth for fine lines, Evolysse Form for deeper folds and contour. Cold-flow technology by Evolus, placed by trained medical injectors.
A new generation of HA filler.
Evolysse is a hyaluronic-acid (HA) dermal filler line from Evolus — the company behind Jeuveau — and one of the newest filler families to earn FDA approval in the U.S. (2025). Like all HA fillers, it restores volume, smooths lines and folds, and refines contour using a gel form of a molecule your body already produces.
What distinguishes Evolysse is how the gel is made. Conventional HA fillers are processed with heating steps that fragment some of the natural HA chains. Evolysse uses cold-flow technology — a cold manufacturing process Evolus designed to preserve more of the HA's natural structure, for smooth integration and a natural feel in the skin.
We carry both products in the line: Evolysse Smooth, a softer gel for fine lines and surface refinement, and Evolysse Form, a more robust gel for deeper folds — like nasolabial folds — and areas needing structure.
Two gels, two different jobs.
- Evolysse Smooth by Evolus
- A softer, integrative gel for fine lines, etched creases, and superficial refinement — where subtlety matters most.
- Evolysse Form by Evolus
- A more robust gel for deeper folds (nasolabial folds), structure, and contour — where support matters most.
Many treatment plans use each product where it does its best work — Form to rebuild the fold, Smooth to finish the surface. At your consultation we'll map which product belongs where, and whether Evolysse or another family in our filler menu is the right tool for each area.

What to know, in four lines.
- 01
Evolysse is the newest HA filler line in the U.S. — FDA-approved in 2025, from Evolus, the makers of Jeuveau.
- 02
Cold-flow technology: the HA gel is processed without the heating steps used in conventional manufacturing, which Evolus designed to preserve more of the HA's natural structure.
- 03
Two products, two jobs — Smooth for fine lines and surface refinement, Form for deeper folds and structural support. Both are reversible HA fillers.

Pricing is per syringe and quoted in writing at consultation. No surprise charges, no day-of upsells.
From day zero, to settled result.
Treatment day. 30–45 minutes including numbing. Volume is visible immediately; expect mild swelling at injection sites.
Swelling and any bruising peak, then begin to resolve. Avoid heavy exercise, alcohol, and saunas for 24 hours.
The gel integrates and settles into its final placement as swelling resolves.
Complimentary touch-up assessment — we evaluate the settled result and fine-tune placement if needed.
What it actually costs.
Evolysse pricing at Reviv is per syringe. Most first-treatments use one or two syringes depending on the area and the correction needed. Final cost depends on product (Smooth vs. Form), area, and volume — quoted in writing at consultation, before any treatment begins.
Who it's for — and who it isn't.
- Patients with nasolabial folds or etched fine lines seeking natural-looking correction
- Filler-experienced patients curious about the newest HA technology on the market
- Patients who value reversibility — both Evolysse products are hyaluronic acid and can be dissolved
- Existing Jeuveau patients who want their filler from the same modern product family
- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
- Patients with bleeding disorders or an active skin infection at the injection site
- Patients seeking to soften expression lines in motion — that's a neurotoxin conversation
- Patients wanting non-HA structural options — Radiesse or Sculptra may fit better; we carry those too

What is Evolysse?
Evolysse is a hyaluronic-acid (HA) dermal filler line by Evolus — the makers of Jeuveau — FDA-approved in 2025. It's one of the newest filler lines available in the U.S. We carry two products: Evolysse Smooth for fine lines and surface refinement, and Evolysse Form for deeper folds and structural support.
What is cold-flow technology?
Conventional HA fillers are typically processed with heating steps that fragment some of the natural HA chains. Evolus manufactures Evolysse with a cold processing method designed to preserve more of the HA's natural structure, which the company designed for smooth integration and a natural feel in the skin.
What's the difference between Evolysse Smooth and Evolysse Form?
They're tuned for different depths and jobs. Smooth is a softer gel for fine lines and superficial refinement. Form is a more robust gel for deeper folds — like nasolabial folds — and areas needing structure and contour. Many treatment plans use each where it does its best work.
How is Evolysse different from Juvederm or Restylane?
All are FDA-approved HA filler families and all are reversible. The differences are in gel manufacturing and feel — Evolysse's cold-flow processing is its distinguishing technology. We carry all three families (plus RHA, Belotero, Radiesse, and Sculptra), so our recommendation is based on your anatomy and goals, not a single product line.
How long does Evolysse last?
Like other HA fillers, duration varies by product, area, and individual metabolism — months to a year or more. We'll give you an honest expectation for your specific plan at consultation, and results can be maintained with periodic touch-ups.
Is Evolysse reversible?
Yes. Both Evolysse Smooth and Form are hyaluronic-acid gels, which means they can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if ever needed — the same safety valve as other HA fillers.
How much does Evolysse cost?
Pricing is per syringe. Most first-treatments use one or two syringes depending on the area and correction needed. Request a consultation for an exact written quote — we do not surprise patients with unexpected charges.
Does it hurt? Is there downtime?
Most patients describe filler as a 2–3 out of 10 with numbing. Downtime is minimal — expect possible swelling or bruising for a few days. Avoid heavy exercise, alcohol, and saunas for 24 hours.
Who should not get Evolysse?
Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have bleeding disorders, or who have an active infection at the injection site. We screen at consultation. If you have questions about whether Evolysse is right for you, ask us.
