  • CoolSculpting
CoolSculpting is an FDA-approved treatment for non-invasive fat reduction. The CoolSculpting technology freezes fat below the surface of the skin to treat areas of fat unaffected by diet and exercise.

The CoolSculpting procedure works by targeting fat cells underneath the skin with controlled cooling. Treated fat cells are frozen, and over time the body processes the dead cells and eliminates them. The CoolSculpting fat-freezing procedure reduces the number of fat cells in treated areas by about 20% to 25%.

Reviv Med Spa & Laser treatment offers dualsculpting, so you can achieve results twice as fast. Dualsculpting allows you to treat 2 areas at once so you can achieve results in less time. With the new CoolAdvantage applicator, patients are able to have shorter treatments, claim 45% improved comfort during the procedure, and are able to treat larger areas.

  • Lumenis NuEra Tight Radio Frequency
Lumenis NuEra Tight is a versatile temperature-controlled RF skin laxity treatment that can smooth, lift, and refine skin all over the body. By delivering controlled radio-frequency heat to the skin, NuEra Tight stimulates the body's healing process and subsequently the production of new collagen. The growth of new collagen results in a tightening of the tissues, which leaves the body and skin looking smoother and more lifted. It's a fantastic cellulite treatment, but the versatile, targeted approach that NuEra Tight offers makes it a fantastic solution for a range of loose skin issues.
  • Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for Hair Regeneration
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is made up of a number of proteins, cytokines, and other bioactive factors that are the foundation for natural wound healing. Faster and improved healing is possible when platelet concentration is increased with PRP. Three plasma proteins, fibrin, fibronectin, and vitronectin, all contribute to the healing process.

Exploration and the study of the use of PRP began in the 1970s but was limited due to the high cost of equipment to do the testing and procedures. In the 1990s, a number of studies and reports were published on the healing benefits of PRP in the areas of maxillofacial dental, periodontal surgery, cosmetic surgery, and skin grafting. Two physicians associated with Stanford University published the first human study about PRP for chronic tendon issues in 2006. This study concluded that a 93% pain reduction was evident at the two-year follow-up mark. High-profile athletes, such as Hines Ward, Takashi Saito, and Tiger Woods, attribute their fast healing from injuries and quick return to the playing field to PRP.

At Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment, Dr. Misle began experimenting with PRP for hair loss over 10 years ago when she began reading studies about athletes traveling abroad to heal torn ligaments faster. Dr. Misle noticed measurable and visible results in this experimental procedure reversing hair loss and immediately integrated the treatment into the medical practice.

The treatment involves injecting the scalp with human growth factors, compounds in the body that signal cells to heal and grow. PRP is plasma that has been concentrated with platelets. These concentrated platelets contain proteins and growth factors that help increase circulation to the hair follicles, stimulate the follicles to grow, and even thicken the hair shaft. It is believed that the introduction of platelets through platelet-rich plasma can actually stimulate the growth of follicles, thereby reversing hair miniaturization seen in androgenetic alopecia and even preventing hair loss.

After a small amount of blood is taken from the patient to produce the PRP, the scalp is cleaned and numbed with a local anesthetic. The blood is centrifuged to generate the PRP and then is injected directly into the areas of hair loss. PRP Hair Restoration is a safe choice for many patients with hair loss and especially important for patients that have had hair transplants.

The GentleMax Pro Hair Removal laser targets the hair follicle with intense laser light energy for thermal destruction to provide permanent hair reduction over the course of a few treatments. GentleMax Pro Laser Hair Removal can treat all skin types, unlike other lasers. With fast treatment times, GentleMax Pro Hair Removal delivers a more comfortable patient experience through its distinctive Dynamic Cooling Deviceā„¢. • Candela Gentle Max mPro Laser Vein
The GentleMax Pro laser vein can reduce or eliminate the appearance of unsightly veins by targeting the red portion of blood cells in the affected area. Varicose veins (aka spider veins) often appear on the legs and can be painful. The Gentlemax Pro laser vein reduction utilizes the dual laser design to target unwanted veins for all skin types and tones. The Nd: YAG wavelength is used for darker skin tones, and the Alexandrite is used for lighter skin tones. The multi-wavelength GentleMax Pro laser is fast, comfortable, and effective in targeting veins, pigmented lesions, vascular lesions and even unwanted hair.

  • Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment that works to improve the appearance of varicose and spider veins in the legs. The treatment involves injecting a solution directly into the affected veins and causes these veins to shrink and eventually disappear. The number of treatments varies depending on the severity and number of affected veins.
