Platinum Plus Partner, 2023.
Allergan Aesthetics — manufacturer of Botox, Juvederm, SkinMedica, and the broader Allē rewards platform — designates Platinum Plus status to its highest-volume, best-trained partner accounts. Reviv has held this designation since 2023.
The designation matters less for what it says about volume and more for what it says about training: Platinum Plus accounts are first in line for new product training, technique workshops, and longitudinal clinical education on the Allergan portfolio. Our injectors complete continuing-education requirements that exceed typical medspa standards, and we audit our own technique against published Allergan injection protocols.
Practical implication for patients: when Allergan releases a new product or refines an injection technique, our team is among the first to learn it directly from the manufacturer.
Three granted U.S. patents,
from the anesthesiology side.
Gayle Misle, MD, Founder and Medical Director of Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment, is a named inventor on three granted U.S. utility patents arising from anesthesiology and procedural medicine. The patents concern an epidural needle assembly and sterile support for surgical instruments. They are not aesthetic-treatment patents, and they are assigned to Dr. Misle rather than to the practice.

Dr. Misle is a named inventor with Ryan C. Patterson and Trent J. Perry. The patent expired February 25, 2024 after the maintenance fee was not paid; an international family was filed in Europe, China, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Canada and Mexico. US 10,569,027 B2 patent record.
Sterile stand for supporting surgical instruments
Dr. Misle is a named inventor with Ryan C. Patterson and Trent J. Perry. The stand supports needles, cannulas, syringes and an injection needle assembly in a sterile field. US 10,507,072 B1 patent record.

Patent status was verified September 1, 2026 through USPTO and Google Patents records. Reviv's treatments are not patented and are not covered by these patents; the point of listing them is the medical background behind the practice's medical direction.
The dragonfly mark,
on the Principal Register.
REVIV MED SPA® is a U.S. registered design mark for services, owned by Reviv Medical Spa, Inc. The registered design combines the stylized words REVIV MED SPA with a dragonfly forming the letter “I” — the same dragonfly you see through this site and in the Millbrae studio. It is registered on the Principal Register as U.S. Reg. No. 4,737,563 in International Class 044.
The application was filed February 20, 2014 and registered May 19, 2015; its Section 8 and 15 filings were accepted in 2020. As verified September 1, 2026, the USPTO status of the registered design mark was “LIVE — the registration has been renewed,” with a status date of August 10, 2024.
